Fishing Hot Spots Braidwood Lake Map

Braidwood Lake consists of a series of old strip mine pits that were connected when the surrounding land was diked and flooded. These flooded pits now offer interesting structure. The walleye population is strong, and about half of the total number taken are over the 14-inch minimum.
